The Circus At My School is a hands-on, Arts-In-Education workshop that uses circus skills to help teachers and parents reinforce the Social and Emotional Learning being taught in the classroom.
Self-Awareness, Social-Awareness, Self Management, Decision Making and Relationship Skills
This Community building, Inclusive, Rewarding, Crowd pleasing, Unique, System appeals to all.
Those who are athletic enjoy the challenge and those who are artistic enjoy the freedom to express themselves in a new way; all while working together to accomplish a common goal at their own pace.
The Circus At My School can run as a one day stand alone experience or a multi day residency. Whichever format you choose, students explore a variety of real circus skills, reinforce their SEL competencies and have an opportunity to showcase their talents at the end.

Students spend a lot of time in school, and while they are being academically stimulated they are also navigating a landscape of ever changing emotions and social issues. This is a lot to deal with for anyone at any age. I remember my younger years, (we won’t talk about that) I can only imagine what this generation faces. As advocates for children, we want them to be successful not just in the classroom but beyond. We must not overlook the other essential skills that all students need.

The goal of The Circus At My School is to educate and entertain at the same time using circus arts as a means to equip each student with the tools to further develop their social and emotional learning.
Under The Big Top workshop
This is a one-day hands-on circus workshop designed to assist teachers in reinforcing Social and Emotional Learning in the classroom.
Discover how learning to juggle and balancing like a pro, can improve student SEL competencies.
Multi Day Residency
With this multi day circus arts residency deep dive, students are given an opportunity to break through personal barriers and discover abilities they didn’t know they had. We cover skills like Pantomime, Juggling, Balancing, Object manipulations, Slapstick, Magic, Tumbling, Improvisation skills, Choreography and Clown routine design, just to name a few.
The Circus At My School Home Edition
The Circus At My School (Home Edition) is the virtual circus arts experience where your child explores and learns new circus skills from the comfort of home. All you’ll need is enough space to stand with outstretched arms and you are good to go!
